Clean comfortable and great view
From the time i booked to the time i departed i had good communication with the letting company. The apartment was very well presented. The location was central to my requirements. The Chevron renaissance has been where i have previously stayed but with a different host. Getting the key to the apartment meant just a 5 min walk. The lady Nikki at Coastal Letting was lovely and i have no hesitation to recommend.

The apartment was awesome !! Fantastic view from balcony, very clean, friendly staff. Just a short walk from everything the Goldie has to offer. The light rail just a 2 minute walk away. The Renaissance exceeded our expectations !! Will definitely be back

Great view!
Small apartment - did not accommodate five. The bedrooms did not have a space for an extra bed. The supplied old foldable bed was extremely uncomfortable for a child/young person to sleep.
The unit had limited facilities such as only 5-6 cutlery, a few plates and some small cups.
The bedrooms needed good vacuuming and mopping especially under the beds.
