The location is great, but the rooms need comprehensive refurbishment, starting with the carpet and furniture. AC not functioning, lots of noise from construction on George Square. There are a lot of better and cheaper alternatives in Glasgow.

The hotel is very convenient to the train station and to local restaurants and shopping. The hotel looks out over the square, but unfortunately the square was under construction. In a few months it will be wonderful... There is so much construction going on in the downtown area - in a few months Glasgow will really shine.
