On check in staff member wasnt very pleasant. Asked if she chose savings for my deposit. She was stared and said yes after her pause. Popped pin in to see i had a surcharge. She chose credit, not savings. Wasnt friendly at all. Check out was lovely. Staff memeber was friendly, warm and kind. Room advertised as City view. Overlooked a large dirty looking carpark, back of old buildings then in thw distance what they classed as city perhaps. Room was really lovely however and very clean. Alot of noise from a pub close by but settled by midnight.

The hotel is central and only a short walk to the water. The rooms are modern and very clean. The RockS@lt restaurant located in the hotel was fantastic, with great food and service. There are coffee shops in very close proximity. Glad we stayed here and would recommend

Great stay with great food

Comfortable bed and enjoyed the amazing breakfast and lunch at The Vibe Cafe, and had a great dinner at Rocksalt, all in the hotel.
