We had the most wonderful (quick!) trip to Sean’s house in Gilford. It was a freezing weekend and he had already gotten the heat going so we’d have a toasty house to check into! The house was clean, the beds / bedrooms were comfortable (one on main floor, two on second floor) and there was plenty of space for our family of five. The views of the lake are beautiful and this location was ideal for us; less than 5 minutes to Gunstock for skiing! Sean was a communicative host and we hope to return again in the future!

Great Lake Winnipeasaukee House

FABULOUS property for our family of 5 - plenty of space for everyone without being on top of each other constantly. Easy access to many different attractions, restaurants, etc. Absolutely beautiful sunrises from the deck. And of course, as many have said, Sean is wonderful with communication and making sure the trip is great.

We loved our stay! The home has an amazing view of the lake — it’s the kind of view you can enjoy for hours. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the deck chairs were some of the most comfortable we’ve ever used — perfect for relaxing and taking in the scenery. The fire pit was a great bonus and made for cozy evenings by the lake. The location couldn’t have been better — peaceful, beautiful, and close to everything we needed. The host was very nice, responsive, and easy to communicate with, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would happily come back again!
