Fabulous staff, incredible amenities.. Good location. Nice restaurant.
Located in the heart of it all, it had the perfect location, right on the main canal and across the canal from shopping, great bars and restaurants. This hotel was a 5, clean, updated rooms and very pleasant staff.
Lovely hotel! We had a great stay and will definitely be back!!
Everything else was good except the shower curtain was too short, water got out. The whole floor was wet, include some of the clothing.
Nice hotel. Clean. Spacious. Lively breakfast. However, someone was smoking in a nearby room and we woke up to the awful smell. Otherwise fantastic place.
Very good location. Just locate in the city center of Ghent. Very convenient to the Church, the castle. There are many shops and rester ant around the hotel. There is a small garden in the hotel.
Beautiful hotel, great staff. Our room had a view of the square but unfortunately the noise coming in from the square made it hard to sleep.
Generally, it was an ok experience. I wasn't aware that I could get a pressing iron at the front desk. A morning coffee condiments in the rooms would have been helpful
