"Excellent location. Heavenly village and restaurants are at a walking distance - some really good places to have a relaxing lunch/dinner with live music. Very helpful staff, clean room and good options for breakfast. A caveat that surprised us was buffet breakfast is only available on weekends. Weekdays is ala carte with packages (omlette package contains choice of omlette, juice/coffee, housemade potatoes). This is not mentioned anywhere unless you land up at the entrance of the cafe where the host to our surprise mentioned it. You can either chose to venture outside for breakfast or as we chose to eat their anyways (with a kid + avoid morning hassle). Everything is extra $$. You want a drink (in buffet breakfast) extra $10, valet parking (is the only option) $50/day. All this without a complimentary drink (unless you go and ask at the front desk) Overall, I would say the experience was good primarily b/c of the location and staff. Beware of additional charges though."
