Very nice room with a large bathroom. The shower and the bed were great. This building is not “allowed” central A/C by Swiss authorities so it was quite hot.

One rude staff ruined the whole image of the hotel

One of the staff was rude and very reluctant to show the services, with attitude. She seemed to be racist and she also gossiped to the manager and I witnessed that. The others were fine, but the particular one ruined the whole stay and I won't come back to this hotel because of that lady. The gym was not in the hotel, but you have to go to another place, no direction, and the photos are deceptive. No mini bar or refrigerator, towels seem worn out, and the breakfast was not good

Basic hotel but clean, friendly, really good breakfast. Beware the bathrooms have frosted glass “walls” so you can see the outline of your roommate(s) showering etc…
