This beautiful 5-bedroom house and 18-acre property with a pond and woods boasts the best of luxury, privacy, nature and seclusion, yet is only 5 minutes from downtown Geneseo and just 20 minutes from the Quad Cities! Stretch out and feel at home at this spacious, welcoming property that offers 4 king beds, 1 child bed, 1 porta-crib, 3 sofas and 3 sleeping bags, perfect for families or groups. With 5 full bathrooms equipped with towels, hair dryer and all of your necessities, guests will feel right at home. Hike, fish (poles and tackle provided), or simply relax right on our private property, with no worries about having to share it with anyone. Game nights abound with billiards, ping pong, darts, rings, washers, board games, Xbox, Wii and outdoor sports and activities. Relax year-round in the brand new outdoor hot tub. All bedding and towels are provided, and laundry can be done on-site for free, no coins required.
If fitness is your thing, there is a bow-flex weight machine and treadmill, along with trails to hike to get out and experience nature. Our Midwest Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter all provide beautiful, yet different scenery and wildlife.
If you are more interested in just relaxing, then there is plenty of space, privacy and quiet to do just that! Take a nap in the hammock, catch some sun in a lounge chair, or enjoy an evening beverage around the fire on the deck. If you are visiting in the colder months, then there are 2 indoor fireplaces and 1 outdoor fire pit to gather around and enjoy a hot beverage as you watch the snow fall gently over the woods. No worries about your vehicles in the winter, the heated garage will keep your car warm, and your windows clear.
