We got a deal of $54 a night which is what it was worth. The only staff we met were in the front office and they were not pleasant. The bed was comfortable. The room was pretty clean. It was noisy with thin walls. Just a few details could have made it worth their advertised price, like the same type of light bulbs above the sink, clean baseboards, paint over the scraped places, especially the big wet spot over the shower head and a friendly front desk staff and a front desk that was open 24 hours. I told my wife some places say "we are happy you are staying with us and we want to make your trip nice". This one says "here's a cheap room. Make the most of it".

Upon further inspection of my room I found the bathroom to be old and outdated. The commode was small and rust stained. My wife and daughter found what appeared to be some blood stains on their comforter. The continental breakfast wasn't much and the room lighting is poor.

The hotel was close to a lot of attractions and restaurants, overall that was a good point. On the other hand, our room had mildew in the bathroom on the ceiling, the front door looked like someone's dog had chewed it up. For the price I was expecting something a little more kept up.

Room was dirty, no toilet tissue, flooring was buckling in several spots, tripped an fell on one of the buckles. Told staff about issues an received tissue and offered tape for the floor. Staff was very friendly , but offered little assistance with our issue, They did offer to change our room but stayed there seven days in THE SAME ROOM !!!!!. Not a very pleasant stay to say the least.

The Trolley system runs on the street, up a hill. They start very early, and run very late. Sounds like a jet taking off, just outside your room. The housekeeping was over worked, and often left things undone. Had a clogged drain, and after informing front desk, it remained clogged the entire stay. The rooms are large, and clean, but as stated, very noisy. Even with the few annoyances, I'd still recommend TL. Cost was reasonable, location is convenient, and parking is ample. They are pet friendly, if that is important to you.

Overall, we enjoyed staying at Timbers Lodge because of its convenient location. However, the laminate flooring was filthy. Walking on it barefoot resulted in feet looking like you had walked through a coalfield. The wash basin in the handicap accessible bathroom was much too high for a person in a wheelchair to reach. Needs to be lowered to accommodate wheelchair bound guests. Cleaning staff never left enough wash cloths and towels for the 4 people in the room and never left coffee or cups in the room. Would consider staying again only if changes are made.

Good stay close to family fun park. Good place to stay with a family. Enjoyed the rocking chair on large deck room with right at deck which was nice with a baby.

We stayed in the jacuzzi loft. 2 adults 4 children. A comfortable roomy stay for a family of 6. The beds were comfortable. As mentioned in previous comments, the room was a little dusty, and the hard wood floors could use a good cleaning... They were sticky to bare feet and the white towels were black if rubbed on them. But, overall a great room for a great price. The office staff were all pleasant and helpful.

Enjoyed the stay. The beds were clean and comfortable. The room could have been a little cleaner. The bathroom(s) mirrors and sinks needed to be cleaned...along with a good dusting throughout. There were no cups of any sort left in the room for coffee, bathroom usage, etc. These minor things will not keep us from staying again, due to the fact that we can ask for this stuff to be taken care of.

Did not know entire hotel was pet friendly. Our door did not open properly and handle to door came off from inside our room. We let the staff know but they were not concerned. We had to ask for our towels to be replenished and room to be cleaned. Room was not very clean, dust caked on baseboards and it was very noticeable. Great place for pet lovers!

Great value for the money. I didn't expect much but it was clean and comfortable.... In a perfect location walking distance to the Island

We were just in town for the weekend. It was a quiet little hotel. We had no problems, except the WiFi connection was not good. Nice place for little money.

This was a very nice little motel. I absolutely adored to cabin theme and the inside to me felt a little dated but it was totally ok! I loved it the hotel was very clean, the staff was so nice and the location was wondertul! It took less than 3 minutes to check in and less than a minute to check out! The only thing I would have liked to see (if I as going on to stay longer than one night) would be a pool and that's about it! It is as a whole wonderful stay! I would definitely stay again!

Located at a busy intersection. Convenient for local attractions but, a little noisy overall. Nice rooms and great staff. Note: the folks in the adjacent room had left their dog alone in their room. Poor puppy barked incessantly. Hotel staff were quick to relocate us to another room, even at midnight. Thanks for the great service. Gary

Nice and clean room. We really enjoyed this hotel And will stay again

We stayed a night in one of the loft kitchen rooms and it was great for the 6 of us. Very close to attractions in pigeon forge.

The location is perfect! It's within waking distance to The Island and across the street from The Track. The mellow mushroom is within less than a half mile so picking up wonderful food is easy! The only issue I had was the cleanliness...our room was filthy. I think the cleaning staff totally skipped the floor as there were pieces of candy of our socks from the previous guests. We had a kitchen loft which was spacious.

The motel was all non smoking, which is good. The problem is that there was an area outside our door, at stairs, where smoker met. They were not able to smoke quietly, they talked loudly. This occur as early as 6am and as late as midnight. The other issue would be the quality of the mattress, but maybe we shouldn't expect as good as what we have at home.

We rented this loft for a family get together during a wedding weekend. Loved it!
