Room had no view. Room was dirty Room smelled like chlorine & very humid Very expensive Too many kids in pool Air conditioner dripped on floor Had to use air conditioner to take away humidity Mouse turds in drawer

Good value for one night stay. Easy check - in. Location good. Nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in room.

The staff didn't speak or understand English. The cops were there I will not recommend to anyone.

In town for family Christmas. Staff was very nice, at our motel and the location was great. While the room was clean, there was only one computer desk chair to sit in and the room seemed small for two people and our luggage. If we wanted to relax, we had to hop up on the beds. I will say that for the cheaper price that I paid for the room, I probably should have not expected more than I received. On my next trip, I would probably pay a little more for a more comfortable room.

I booked a jacuzzi room for a weekend getaway. When I got to the floor I was staying on, I was greeted to an awful odor when the elevator doors opened. It was so bad if I could've cancelled my room I would have. It only got better from here. A similar odor met me in my room. After turning on the ac unit, it went away somewhat. The next morning is when things got really interesting. The jacuzzi had soap scum inside the jets along with a waterline surrounding the tub from the previous users. The mirrors had fingerprints and dust on them. When using the shower, the shower head made an awful high pitched squealing that made you get out as soon as possible. While getting dressed, I noticed a lot of dust behind the tv. After seeing this, I want to see what else had been missed. The pictures above the bed had a thick coating of dust that rolled off when you ran your finger across the top. In between the tv stand and the dresser, someone previous had spilled something. When I turned on the lights in the morning, the light that was on the side of the wall had numerous bugs down in the fixture. Both the coke and ice machine were out of order, so you had to go to another floor to get these items if you wanted them. The lazy river water looked disgusting. If I had brought a bathing suit, it would have stayed in the bag.

Had a great time. Staff was excellent and attentive. Good location and very clean!

The hotel was nice, and conveniently located near Gatlinburg.

My sister and I decided to come up for the weekend and shop in nearby Pigeon Forge. We did not want to stay in Pigeon Forge due to heavy daytime traffic. So the location of this place was ideal. The hotel's cleanliness and staff were awesome. There was plenty of hot water in the shower. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless and breakfast was delicious!!! I will be staying here again.

My husband and I chose this hotel for the price and location. It is within walking distance to the shops and activities on the main strip in Gatlinburg. It was nice and quiet. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk clerk was very cordial and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Maybe next time we will have time for the pool and lazy river.

The hotel was great!! I will recommend to all my friends that want to go.

In a good spot with walking distance to the main strip.

the hotel was neat and clean. The lazy river was awesome. Staff was friendly. We even stayed an extra night there. Laundry on site-again a clean area.

The beds and pillowswere very comfortable, the pool and hot tub were clean. The room and bathroom were clean. It would be nice if snack vending machines were available. The breakfast was advertised as a hot breakfast but the only thing hot was the ability to make waffles, toast, or oatmeal, everything else was cereal, muffins, and fruit.

My family & I were on Spring Break and originally had reservations with another hotel. We decided we would like to stay a few extra days which is how we ended up here....what a mistake....when you call the hotel it plainly states they are the 2nd newest hotel in Gatlinburg. Not sure when that was ever true but certainly not now! It smells, everything is dirty, our toilet was broken from the base, pool area smelled of strong fowl odor, the "lazy river" if you can call it that was yellowish, and the switches for the hot tube was broken. Not to mention none of the windows opened. Overall it was WAY overpriced, dirty, dingy, disgusting and I will NEVER return to this establishment.

Shopping and attractions

While at the hotel we enjoyed peaceful nights. On the other hand during the day we walked down town to the shops. It was an amazing trip, i would stay again!

we arrived very early in the morning. the staff was very friendly and directed us where we needed to go. the room was nice and clean. the beds were very friendly. the next day we drove into town and then it started snowing. we took the car back to the hotel, but the drive was too slick. the manager came outside in the snow to show us an alternate way to get into the lot.:}

My husband and I thought the hotel was ok, not the best we had ever stayed at. The next morning we found a bug in the other bed. We determined it was a real BED BUG. Then we looked in our bed to discover blood spots all over the sheets. Then we started looking and found numerous BED BUGS. The manager was very shocked. The manager handled our concern in a very professional manner.

The hotel was good. The staff was friendly. The breakfast sucked. I had reserved a non-smoking room, smoking was the only thing available. We had to wash all of our stuff when we got home.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Great location. Short walk to everything.
