The room smelled and the tv remote had dead batteries. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quite.Took two trips to the desk to get them but I finally got new batteries for the remote. A can of Lysol that I purchased from Walmart helped make the smell tolerable.

The hotel is an older hotel that is very well taken care of by its owners. The staff is amazing. I stayed 3 nights and felt safe in my cozy room with a balcony. The hot tub felt great too

The room itself was clean, but the hotel hallways and lobby were dirty. The hall stunk badly the whole time we were there. The 5th floor elevator area had spilled drinks and dead bugs for days. The property needs a good cleaning!

I don't believe we were changed for it (I believe we were charged for a standard room) so I can't complain too much but there was a Jacuzzi tub in our room but it wasn't hooked up and usable. The rest of the room was clean and functional.

The pool was the perfect temperature. A cooler one, heated lazy river, and a hot tub. I only interacted with one staff member- the gentleman working evenings during the week. He was wonderful. The location is incredible.

The staff was extremely nice and welcoming. Our hotel room when we first checked in had crumbs all in the made up bed. When I went downstairs to let him know, he quickly changed our room to another room. It was a smaller room without the jetted tub but i was just ready to be in a room
