Check in went well—helpful staff. We appreciated the hot breakfast and the many options. Bed was comfortable.. Having the balcony outside our room with the creek running below was relaxing as we enjoyed the rocking chairs there after a busy day hiking in the mountains 😊

The hotel is very old. Despite the efforts to make it look better it’s still an old hotel. The bathroom was so incredibly tiny. We couldn’t have privacy in the bathroom for changing clothes or showering due to the space. The vanity/sink were between the two beds so that was little weird. Each bed had its own tv on the wall which is fine if everyone is watching the exact same thing. The ducks was fun, watching them in the stream. But on the other side of the stream is a rv campground so there is people and noise all around.

Room had dirty, melted curtains. The backing was stuck together and had to be pulled apart to cover the windows. The curtains allowed sight into the room and first bed area unless you weighted them down with something when the a/c was blowing The A/c did not cool the back bed area. Breakfast had overcooked biscuits every day (hockey pucks), all the trash cans in dining area were overflowing. Elevator had smudges on the wall and the floor was peeling/damaged. The elevator rug was filthy when we arrived but did look to be a bit cleaner during our stay. Spider webs were everywhere. Room had a smell to it, not pleasant. Bathroom was tiny. Towels were small and rough, not soft. The Fridge froze everything in it no matter what setting we used. The mattress springs could be felt when sitting or laying on it. Breakfast was in a separate building across the street from hotel so it was inconvenient when it was raining. The eggs, sausage and potatoes were served to you instead of self serve, and the server was not friendly. The parking area underground had no barrier for the river on that side. There wasn’t enough parking for all the hotel rooms. On a positive note, there were ample electrical plugs and usb ports around the room. It was nice to have the vanity/sink outside of the tub and toilet room.

Great location. Everything was really good except I do wish they had daily cleaning of the rooms. They only refresh towels. We had a problem with the coffee maker in the room and they came as soon as I reported it and got it fixed. I wouldn’t change anything but maybe add a daily light cleaning

Rooms are clean and comfortable, the view off the balcony is really nice. There are ducks and geese to feed. The breakfast is good, Biscuits and gravy, pancakes, sausage, eggs,potatoes, cereal all good. There is a public transit stop right by the office that will take you around town and to Dollywood for $3.00. Very convenient. Lots of things to do within walking distance. Great location!!

Breakfast was fair, five day stay ate breakfast there once. Bathroom very small and tub was very slippery. I have a balance issue, no grab bars. Nice to have covered parking, the morning we left it was pouring rain. Otherwise not a bad place to stay.

Staff was extremely rude upon check in. Observed staff member yelling at an elderly man. Rooms were run down and not very clean. Toilet was loose. Juice kept ruining out during breakfast and no one refilled them.

Rooms were nice n clean. Staff were all nice. Breakfast was good, view from balcony on back was very pretty. It is river view and there is an RV park across the river. The front of the Inn has a dilapidated hotel across the street. We stayed five days and our room was never cleaned. They removed our trash n left towels n coffee each day. I asked why the beds weren’t made n they said they don’t do that anymore since Covid. But I could get clean sheets n make our beds myself.
