Check in was very easy and speedy. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room itself was very comfortable and clean. The balcony overlooking the Pigeon River is very relaxing. I did not, however, like only have a "grate" type divider between the neighboring balconies. The continental breakfast was adequate. Don't expect meat and eggs though. There was fruit, cereal, muffins, bread to toast, biscuits and gravy, and coffee, juice and milk. It was definetly enough to get ones day going. The area for the breakfast was very tight. So, we took ours back to our room. Even though the rooms were very clean and adequate, the building could use some paint. OUr room door had large areas of peeled off paint. The check our process was very quick and easy also, thanks to Logan, Rachel and Sarah. Thanks for the Taffy.

We stayed here several times. Love it being able to sit out over the creek, and smell the campfires across the creek. Nice rooms and clean.

The cleanliness was horrible. No light bulbs in some of lamps.

When we checked in the air wasn't working in our room, we called the front desk and told them. someone came to check it but had to move us to a different room. Needs bigger parking area.

We have been staying at Creekstone for over 15 years. The rooms habe recently been renovated, but the floor plan is still the same. We love the peace on the balcony overlooking the river, just totally relaxing. The staff are all friendly and helpful. This year the front desk called and checked with us soon after we got in the room. One of the televisions was on the wrong channel to receive the HD cable feed. Within 5 minutes the caller was in our room and corrected the problem. We will continue to sray here.

Enjoyed our stay at the Creekstone Inn. It was close to local attractions and located in a quiet area.

This was our first time in Pigeon Forge, and we will stay at the creekstone next time. Its close to everything yet off the main drag. The front desk staff are excellent, Felicia is very nice. When I checked in there were 3 gentlemen working the front desk at 11PM. I was concerned since I was leaving afterwork to arrive in Pigeon Forge I may arrive too late. No problem at all here front desk was ready to go at 11PM. Everything is convenient from the parking to the elevators. The balconies in each room are relaxing looking at the river. Maid service was great. Some other reviewers state that the sink is in the middle of the room. It is however didn't see it an issue at all, it actually worked nice to separate the two queen beds in our room. Came with a fridge and microwave, and 2 TV's one for each bed. I booked this hotel off of the reviews online, it had good reviews and was affordable. Really nothing negative to say at all, its not a high class resort but its a nice place to stay while in Pigeon Forge with no issues or drama. The whole hotel was very clean and in a good area.

First time staying here very happy with everything. Beds were comfortable room was clean and view from balcony of River was great.

Love the sound of the water. Rocking chairs on the balcony, nice. Only one downside: Screens between the balconies offered no privacy.

Only thing negative about the experience is you have to drive about 1/2 mile to the actual hotel as it is not in the same location as the office

NIce view of creek and ducks in the back. This is an older hotel but it is very clean. I was traveling with my husband, and we would stay there again, but I probably wouldn't stay there if traveling alone. We appreciated the tafffy they gave us at checkout. The staff was very friendly.

This is an outdated hotel. The rooms were okay but it needs to be refurbished. It does have a beautiful view of a river behind the hotel. I have stayed in a lot worse hotels. But I would probably not recommend this to a friend. The rate was very affordable. There is some privacy as in our room there was two beds separated by the bathroom. Each bed had a tv so you could watch one while kids watched the other.

Bathroom extremely small. Older motel that needs updating. It was adequate and nice view of river from balcony. Covered parking was nice.

Hotel was a good place to spend the night after attending an event at Dollywood all day. While it wasn't a fancy hotel it a room that was kept up and clean. The view from the balcony looking towards the creek was a plus too.

This was our second stay at Creekstone, the last time being Christmas of 2015. Pros: Check in was a breeze. All employees are pleasant, friendly and very helpful. Location is great (with one exception, see below). It's on a back road that runs straight to Dixie Stampede and to the turnoff for Dollywood. This helped tremendously with holiday traffic. Beds are super comfy and linens were in great shape. Room was cleaned daily. No weird hotel odors (commonly found in older hotels). We ran the heat which worked great and unit looked like it had been cleaned recently. With a sold out hotel, there was still great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Divided room is a great concept for privacy. Cons: During our first stay we loved how quiet the area was. That being said, this time around, the go kart track out front was open since it's been so warm. That made it impossible to take a nap or enjoy the peacefulness of the stream out back. The breakfast area was dismal. Sour smell when you walked in and options were very limited. Biscuits, sausage gravy, juice and cereal. I wish they still gave out breakfast coupons for the pancake place across the street. As I listed in my last review of Creekstone, the 2nd TV is a great idea; however, it's pointless because you can't have both of them on at the same time w/o hearing the other one. The 2nd much smaller one should be mounted closer to the bed. It's very small and hard to see laying down.

curtains were too long and hung over heater, so very warm between curtain and window.

The ducks come and show off their flight patterns however alot of bird poop under your overlook that needs to be cleaned off regularly. Room smelled a bit but the creek view with comfy rockers made up for it. The staff was phenomenal and tried to make your stay as pleasant; thanks to Jennifer Brown for the free Smoky Mountain taffy. YUM

We Stayed there many years ago and really enjoyed it. We wanted to return again as the hotel is setup well with two King beds with the Bathroom in the middle separating the the Bedrooms. The Balcony is excellent. !!! The view of Little Pigeon River is so relaxing!!! The geese, ducks and pigeons, oh, even ground hogs and a couple of skunks was an added bonus to watch while sitting on the balcony. The hotel is old and probably not as modern as some, but very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect if you are going to visit Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. I would book it again and recommend to friends.

Room was nice overlooking the creek and it was nice and quiet
