Our amenities are unmatched by any other hotel or resort in the area. Our homey three-bedroom condo is located on the fourth floor, with gorgeous views of the Gatlinburg Golf Course from the master bedroom, balcony, and living room. Because it’s situated in the center of the resort, the unit is far from the hustle and bustle of the town, yet our guests still have direct access to shops, museums, and over 50 restaurants via the trolley system, which is within walking distance of the resort and runs throughout Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and Gatlinburg.

Your family will feel right at home in our elegant, beautifully decorated condo. Plush carpets cover the floors of the 1,444-square-foot unit, which is fully outfitted with handsome furniture. The spacious family room includes a queen-size sofa bed and a cozy river stone fireplace, as well as a 42-inch flat screen HD TV, Blu-ray DVD player, Playstation 2, and Bose Wave stereo system, complete with DVD, CD, and game collections and Netflix access. Free WiFi and premium cable are also provided.

The unit’s fully equipped gourmet kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, a microwave, and a dishwasher, as well as a dining counter with barstools. The adjoining dining area, which includes a six-seat dining table, is the perfect setting for family dinners, while a large balcony overlooking the serene golf course is ideal for a relaxing morning meal.

Inside the master suite, you’ll find an inviting king-size bed, spacious walk-in closet, a desk and sitting area, direct access to the balcony, and a 32-inch flat screen TV. The adjoining full bathroom features a luxurious six-foot Jacuzzi tub and shower. One of the two guest bedrooms includes a king-size bed, while the other has two twin beds; the two bedrooms share a full bath.

Towels, linens, and down comforters, as well as basic supplies such as detergent, soap, and paper towels, are provided at the condo. The unit also includes its own washer and dryer. If you visit us during the holidays, we’ll decorate the unit tastefully for the occasion.

On the resort grounds, you’ll find a heated, 300-foot lazy river that’s perfect for kids and adults alike to play in (inner tubes are provided by the resort). Soak up the sun on one of the lounges in the beautifully landscaped pool area, or relax with a book on the sun deck overlooking the Little Pigeon Forge River. Afterward, take a walk on the serene, sun-dappled pathway running alongside the river. Feeling weary? The resort’s day spa is the perfect place to rejuvenate yourself with a massage or facial. The resort also offers a fitness center, barbecue area, kids’ playground, and game arcade.

If your enjoyment is golf, the Gatlinburg Golf Course is a modern facility open all year round to the public. It features a 18 hole Bob Cupp-designed championship layout which features their legendary #12 hole known as the 'Sky Hill' The hole is 194 yards in length and drops 200 feet, tee to green.
