This was a quiet, clean, modern tiny home with lovely surroundings and a private feel, despite being in a tiny home village. We loved the cozy space which still afforded us room to stretch and enjoy our own private spaces. Our 2 children-- 14 & 11-- took the loft and bunk beds, respectively, and my husband and I slept in the queen room. It was perfect for our needs for a 3-day getaway. Located close enough to, but far enough from, the busy Parkway. We hope to be back on future stays.

Absolute Perfection
Location - A+ (we liked being slightly out of the downtown area, but could be there if needed in less than 10 mins. We hiked the Greenbriar SM area and loved the fact there were no crowds.
Cabin - the cabin was wonderful, had every amenity you could require. Grounds were lovely, and cleanliness top notch.
We absolutely loved our tiny house Cabin. We stayed in Sage Cabin. It was very close to Gatlinburg and other activities. But still out enough to feel like your in the mountains, which you are. The cabin itself was very nice and had everything you needed. It had plenty of parking space in front.

The tiny house was absolutely charming. I have an infant who wants to be down and crawling so cleanliness is a concern. This house met my high standard for clean. It was a quiet and a very comfortable stay for my family. All communication with the property owners was effective and efficient. No major issues. Overall, would stay here again :)

Tiny house with all the amenities
We rented this house while we were in the area for basketball tournaments. It was just enough space for everyone to feel comfortable, definitely had all the necessities, and was actually very close to the venue we played at. Property manager was responsive and accommodating. Would most definitely book again.
