Walking distance to Gatlinburg attractions but away from crowds, noise and lights. Nice 2br/2ba layout. Great location for hiking.

Perfect! Would love to go back again.The only thing i would change is the guest bathroom needs a quieter shower exhaust fan and separate light instead of 1 switch to turn both on at the same time

Enjoyed our stay! The property is in a GREAT location. Very clean and had everything we needed. I love the layout, very spacious and updated. Easy check in and access. We will be looking to see if this property is available when we go back to Gatlinburg. It will definitely be our first choice!

Great location close to downtown

The location was great. Downtown was in walking distance or the trolley pickup was very close by. The accommodations were great. Very roomy and comfortable. The 2 fireplaces added to the comfort level.

Stay with friends

We were 2 couples that were from pretty far away. Everything was clean. There was a bit of a walk to the strip, but it was manageable. Shuttle worked well. We did not see any bears in the area, but did at other locations. Follow suggestions & you won't have problems with them. Nice place to stay & had all we needed in the kitchen.

Fantastic Stay

The condo is very nice and clean with up to date furniture. It’s on the first floor, just a few steps up to the front door from the covered parking spaces. The owners were very communicative and considerate. There was a bear outside across the street every night! We would watch him from our side of the street. It seems like people don’t phase him as long as you keep your (great) distance. Thanks for the nice stay!

First time using Vrbo - the rental was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable and well maintained. We were able to access the unit without difficulty and the area was safe. We were quite pleased with our stay.

Loved the 2 fireplaces. Good location near the strip. Does not have the best view. Nice deck.. The codes did not work for the door ao management gave us access to lockbox key. Dishwasher did not work but did not discover that until day 4. Unable to get it fixed during stay. Very good experience overall
