It was ok. Fairly clean. Entire room was kinda shabby and furnished with very outdated items. Duct tape on carpet threshold. Location was great. I will say the pics are very misleading. The unit i rented was not the room in the pics.

The poor mattresses was one thing. The broken recliner was one thing. The dilapidated couch was one thing. The garbage service accessively banging every morning at 4am was one thing. But the hot water supply wasn’t even good enough for one person to shower let alone 6 people. Cold showers was the last straw… There also no staffed office personnel.

Room was nice and clean. Did not have a full refrigerator, only a mini fridge. Had a problem with water drainage and maintenance showed up in a timely manner to fix it. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Avoid this hotel at all costs.

The check in was easy. The condition of the room was horrible. The tub faucet leaked continually, and the tub was dirty there was black mold around the registers, the refrigerator froze our food and leaked, the room smelled musty, and worse of all the room was infested with stink bugs. Someone needs to call the health dept on them.

The beds were shaky, poor mattresses. Recliner legs would not stay up..my husband sleeps in recliner and had to use table for feet. Couch in poor condition. Almost had to go to off site office to swap towels. We stayed here 3 or 4 times..this was bad..will not stay here again.

The room was clean , service was good . But the condition of the condo was terrible, the sliding door was almost inoperable, the vanity in the bathroom was rotten from water damage. There was what appeared to be mold growing from the cabinet under the sink. We have stayed many times with the company that owned this property in thier other property. The upside of this condo was location and water pressure. If the manager of this property would like to further discuss the issues please contact me. Oak Square unit 315 October 2nd thru the 6th

I have stayed before and enjoyed it. It's convenient for walking and far enough from the main strip to be quiet. But if you book a room ending in 15, the floodlights from Old Creek Lodge across the street shine through the balcony door and make it very bright. I'm used to sleeping in a darker room.

Overall in a great location, bed needs a topper or replacement, very uncomfortable. Also they need to add some blackout curtains to the bedroom, its brighter than the Vegas strip in the bedroom at night from the outside lights.

Room was dusty. The mattress was old and sagged really bad: head was below feet when lying down. Room was too hot at night, thermostat didn’t go lower than 68. Vent in bedroom fell and hit my husband in the head! No possible interaction with staff does not create a welcoming environment. Ceiling tiles in bathroom have water stains and are sagging down. No hot water for showers. Drawers were dirty with bugs and dust.
