It is a descent hotel. Nothing special. Balcony is just there, too small. I dont know why i was charged for parking. First time i got charged for that. Overall it was just ok. I really doubt that i will go again

Overall a great place to stay. Clean comfortable rooms, convenient location and great staff. Everyone at the front desk was extremely helpful. The cookies were a real treat. The great Housekeeping crew came every day and kept our room in tip top condition.

This was such a beautiful place to stay and every person that works there was so nice and helpful. And it was even nicer there was a water slides for yhe kids to place the water in the pool was comfortable and so was the hot tub. And there was nice dining to.

Another amazing visit.

We love staying here!! The kids love the water park. Towels are restocked daily. The upper level pool was cooler this year but it’s our second year in a row! Love our annual mountains trip here. Breakfast was great and it’s worth it to include in your stay!

Of all the times we have been to Gatlinburg this was by far the best place we have ever stayed. Food was excellent, staff was phenomenal, clean, convenient to shopping, trolley to town. Just a awesome experience!

Everything was good but 2 water bottels a day is a standard that majority of the hotels all around US follows, so that should have been provided here as well.
