Calliday.com Cabin is located in the Black Bear Falls Resort, where, during the summer, you'll have access to a gated community pool, complete with a kiddie pool and lounge chairs. (Please note: The community pool is closed during the winter season from one week after Labor Day to one week before Memorial Day.)

BEDROOM
This stunning cabin features two inviting bedrooms, each designed for ultimate comfort and privacy. Both bedrooms come with king-size beds, ample storage space, personal TVs, and ensuite bathrooms. The plush mattresses, luxurious bedding & pillows, and cozy decor create the perfect environment for restful, rejuvenating sleep.
In the game room, there’s a charming sleeping nook with two full-size beds arranged as bunks. Kids will adore this fun space, where they can enjoy games and activities to their hearts’ content before drifting off to sleep.

BATHROOM
This charming home features two full bathrooms, each thoughtfully connected to a bedroom for added convenience. The ensuite bathroom on the main level is generously sized and includes a combination shower and bath, perfect for a relaxing soak.
The second bathroom, located on the lower level, serves both the second bedroom and the game room. It boasts a luxurious walk-in shower that adds a touch of spa-like elegance to your stay. Both bathrooms are stocked with soft towels and a variety of bath products to ensure your comfort during your visit.

GAME/KIDS ROOM
Challenge your family pool sharks to a game on the pool table, or let the gamers in your group enjoy the arcade game. When it's time for a break, relax at the bistro table for two, or catch a movie on the wall-mounted Smart TV. This room also offers direct access to the lower-level deck, where you can unwind in rocking chairs while taking in the serene water views.

KITCHEN
The fully-equipped kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, has everything you need to whip up anything from a quick snack to a full-course meal. Enjoy your culinary creations at the large dining table, perfectly positioned in front of a picturesque window, so you can dine with a view.
Start your mornings right at the coffee station, where you’ll find a Keurig duo single-serve k-cup pod and a carafe coffee maker—your morning brew is on us!

OUTSIDE SPACE
Immerse yourself in nature on the two stories of decks at the rear of Little Pond Lodge. Spend your mornings or afternoons watching ducks glide across the pond, a peaceful and relaxing way to start or end the day.
The lower-level deck features rocking chairs, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon tea. In the evenings, slip into the bubbling hot tub, tucked away in a private corner, and let the day’s stress melt away.
The main level deck offers a porch swing, ideal for unwinding with a book or your mobile device. Two additional rocking chairs provide even more spots for deep relaxation. An outdoor dining table and chairs invite you to savor alfresco meals while overlooking the serene pond and lush greenery surrounding the cabin.
Scattered across the grounds, Adirondack chairs offer more outdoor seating options, allowing you to breathe in the fresh air and enjoy the tranquil setting. At the front of the property, you’ll find a charcoal grill, perfect for showing off your BBQ skills.

Guest access
At Little Pond Lodge, you'll have full access to all the amenities and appliances this beautiful home has to offer, including the game room and hot tub. For your convenience and security, the home is equipped with a front door security camera, keyless entry, and self-check-in.
The roads leading to the cabin are easy to navigate with any vehicle, with no steep inclines to worry about. Parking is secure and available for up to two cars only.

Things to note:
* 8 guests MAX. The HOA strictly enforces the number of occupants.
* Pets are not permitted at any time to ensure a safe and allergen-free environment for all our guests. We strive to maintain this vacation home as a pet-free space for everyone's comfort.
* No smoking. Smoking in the house will be a $300 fine.
* No party or event.
* GUEST IS REQUIRED TO SIGN RENTER AGREEMENT WILL BE EMAILED AFTER BOOKED.
* SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED OF $300. DEPOSIT TO BE PROCESSED BY HOST ON GUEST'S CREDIT CARD.
* MINIMUM AGE OF PRIMARY RENTER IS 21 YEARS OLD
* Please ensure that car doors are closed and locked at all times to prevent wild animals from attempting to enter. Additionally, avoid leaving any food inside the car. If this policy is not followed and a wild animals break into your vehicle, we cannot be held responsible for any resulting damage.
* Any sort of fire is not allowed on the property.
* An outdoor security camera is installed at the entrance for your safety.
* Please ensure the front door and windows are securely closed upon departure. Unsecured doors can allow animals to enter the home, and guests may be held responsible for any damage that results from not following this guideline.
* Cancellation Policy:
Guest receives 100.00% (less $100.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 45 days before arrival;
Guest receives 50.00% (less $100.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival;
No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
