100% do not recommend this property if you have any pets or if you have any type of knee issues, look at other locations. Take what the host Jeff tells with a grain of salt.Be warned the road is crazy narrow, curvy and the cabin is in the middle of nowhere. And it'll take 20 minutes to reach the mid of Gatlinburg, guaranteed.Tried celebrating our 17th Anniversary with our 2 dogs. The grassy area next to the cabin is small and a steep hill leading the woods and NO lighting on the side of the cabin. And very poor lighting in front of the cabin.100% there are bears in the area we passed one 2 cabins down pulling into the cabin. Hate for you or your pet to get hurt.Cabin was dirty when we arrived old food on the floor, grill dirty and broken, multiple light fixtures broke, lights that did not work, bad batteries in TV remote, foosball table broke, grass at side of cabin was tall and uncut, couches stank, burner cap on stove broke. And the stair's leading downstairs to the master bedroom is at an odd steep angle with wide treads. Had to sleep on the couch. And if you like your living area cool, watch out the thermostat shows 68 but it is absolutely not that. It is locked and won't go lower. We sat there sweating. I do not recommend this cabin to anyone.
