May 17-20 2026We had a fantastic stay at Chalet Village. Our group consisted of 2-86 year olds and everyone loved the chalet and the area. We had bear sightings near the chalet each day we were there. The cabin itself had no signs of mice which is often hard to do in mountains! The house was located in a great area. It was easy to get to Gatlinburg and the Smoky National Park area--even to Pigeon Forge if wanted. Patrick was an excellent host and communicator. He was thorough in providing our group with information from the beginning until the end. He checked to make sure everything was okay. I know if we would have had any issues that he would have been quick to respond. It is nice to know that the host cares about your stay, I would love to visit this same chalet in the future so I highly recommend to this others.

This chalet is absolutely amazing! Everything was spotless and very nicely decorated. The view from the deck is stunning. It was so peaceful and calming. The game room was so much fun! The teens and adults spent a lot of time down there every night after our hikes. Patrick is a wonderful host. He is very easy to communicate with and provided so many extras in his home. We didn’t have to worry about buying hand soap, trash bags, paper towels or toilet paper for our stay. Patrick also provided suggestions for the area. We highly recommend staying at this beautiful chalet. We will definitely be back!

From the moment of booking, the owner of this cabin has been very responsive and helpful. I originally booked the wrong dates for our visit and he was very helpful in getting the trip moved to new dates we needed. Then he gave us a military discount for our son who was traveling with us. The cabin was wonderful and the views were excellent!

The host is amazing, checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Gave us great information on great dinning options, and sights to see. The house is clean and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The scenery is amazing and we even had a bear visit us our first hour there. We also had a lot of fun in the basement game room. We will definitely be back to this house.

Everything was amazing, beautiful and host was the most responsive I have ever had. Description is accurate and had plenty of room for my family. It was a comfortable week in this beautiful cabin. My two teenage boys loved the game room! We spent Thanksgiving in the home, and it was an absolute blast. Patrick was a fantastic host and checked in on us a few times to see if we needed anything. Oh! and we got to see a momma bear and her cub early one morning in front of the house.

Property was perfect for our family. The kids enjoyed all the things to do in the basement. Adults enjoyed it too and the beautiful views.I loved where the cabin was located high up on the mountain and the twisting roads leading up the mountain to the cabin. This cabin is beautiful and full of fun! We spent a week here and had such a great time. The cabin itself has 3 bedrooms, a nice kitchen with all the tools you need to cook a delicious meal. Downstairs is the game room where you have SkeeBall, Pool Table, Darts, Foosball, Stand alone video game and a gaming system with Game play, and a washer and dryer. The main floor where the kitchen is has a bedroom, bath, fireplace, TV and dining table. We played games and laughed like crazy the whole week. Daytime saw us out and about exploring, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and the Great Smokey Mountain park. We were treated to bear visits everyday that we were there and thoroughly enjoyed watching Mama and her 3 cubs. This cabin has a great view and direct sight of the Ober Mountain Tram as it travels up and down the mountain. A bit of advice, get there before dark so your first trip up the mountain road is easier. We hope to come back!

Everything was great. My only issue was with the placement of the laundry machines. BIfold doors would be easier to deal with then the sliding glass doors. Not enough room to change loads.
