Beautiful view of the islands

Stayed the weekend for some salmon fishing out of Fairport. Great option that is more secluded than the camping options located by the marinas that can be crowded, and you don't have to bring a thing other than your food.

Beautiful location & very clean RV. They stock the RV with everything you need. You really do just need your clothes & food. Beautiful place to kayak with hiking trails near by at the historic state park. The hosts were awesome too, we ask to borrow a tool to fix our kayak and they were super helpful & very nice. Highly recommend!

Great Camper Fairport Michigan

Had a great weekend stay at camper provided by the host in Fairport Michigan. Camper has been recently updated and all bedding appeared to be new. The camper also had all the utensils and kitchen supplies needed for a weekend or longer. Host also had provided some of the normal spices, coffee, paper towel, dish soap, etc that normally you may need to bring on your own. Outside had a grill, some camp chairs, and firepit. Highlight is the view of the islands and water 100ish feet outside the door of the stay. Tons of room for boat parking and plug within 50 feet of parking to charge overnight if in the area for salmon fishing like we were. Great option for the area and hosts are really friendly and accommodating.

We loved the trailer! It was so roomy and clean!! The stereo system and lights were fun. I like how organized everything was and easy to find. The bed and pillows were comfortable and there were games available. The only disappointment was the beach wasn't very nice. It was very mucky and didn't look like the picture. Maybe the water was lower than usual? Also, be aware that the trailer is in someone's backyard with another trailer. We didn't love the view of the old marina in the day but it was pretty at night If you're looking for a place to stay at the beach all day with a beautiful view, this might not be it. We used it as a place to stay while we visited local attractions and it was perfect. The lake was still beautiful to look at! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again!
