Great location when passing through town. Easily walkable beach and boardwalk just across the street. Friendly staff. Room was a little small but AC worked great and bed was comfy.
Nice hotel, excellent supermarket nearby. We discovered unique local dining, coffee and treat places within a short drive. Walkway along Lake Michigan shoreline was really enjoyable. We initially had a problem with our room--sink and tub drains were not working--but the manager worked hard to resolve the matter to our satisfaction. Hotel breakfast was adequate, the coffee was excellent.
It was clean, comfortable and convenient for our road trip to Mackinac Island
