SUPER CLEAN Rustic family cottage located right on Little Bay de noc (great sunsets). GREAT for fishing, boating, kayaking, swimming, etc. 100 feet of frontage. 64 feet of dock out into the bay. Sandy beach area. Outdoor firepit. Two bedroom, 1.5 baths, kitchen, two refrigerators, outside grill, picnic table, Sleeps 8 comfortably plus a kids loft with room for additional 3-4 kids. Sleeps 12-14 in total. Two story building that overlooks the bay. Patio off the living area to sit, lounge and enjoy the sunset. Outside parking. NO SMOKING.

The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

A wonderful property manager!

My husband and I were very excited to stay a week at the property. Unfortunately, due to a severe medical issue with my father in law, we weren’t able to make it. Kirk has been wonderful about everything! He has been very accommodating about the situation. We weren’t able to cancel our trip in time for a refund, but due to our circumstances he offered us a partial. He is very kind and I recommend renting a house from him!
