The arched entry is your gateway to your next getaway. The private entry opens into your vacation home in a very spacious yet cozy atmosphere with accents and décor that will relax your senses with soft beach inspired pastel colors and themes. The living room will invite you and your guests to laugh and relax in style and comfort with large windows and tall ceilings. The seating area allows for both causal conversations and to comfortably watch a movie on the TV. The living room couch pulls out to provide a queen-sized sleeping accommodation if needed. A rolling door reveals a hidden room with two full-size bunkbeds that are large enough for two adults but a dream for a couple of kids. The living room is a clean and contemporary design that connects seamlessly into the dining room and kitchen as a modern large open space concept. The fully stocked kitchen features appliances, utensils and everything you need to serve up refreshments, snacks, appetizers or make a home cooked meal. The bathroom features a tiled built-in-shower with a cubby for storage. The extra half bath is conveniently located for guests. Two comfortable bedrooms with queen sized beds for privacy and a restful night sleep so you can be ready for the next adventure each and every day you spend on the island.
The “By the Pier House” has a spacious shared porch that offers perfect vantage points overlooking Seawall Boulevard, parades down Rosenberg and sunrises over the Gulf of Mexico. The community back patio offers a spacious covered pergola with a table and seating for causal dinning and relaxing conversations to enjoy the company of friends and family into the evening.

Quick stay
The location of the property is great for the pier. And is just a short walk to some places to eat. We were just staying one night before our cruise. The hosts were able to accommodate an early check in. Our flights were changed to earlier in the day.

First we booked this months ago for a total of 8 women who needed a one night stay before boarding a cruise. They fail to mention there is just one parking pass to park on the street. There is no info on where others who drive need to park. The beds are uncomfortable. The floors were dirty and our socks were filthy! The shower was also not clean! The fan vent in the bathroom had dust all over. We are charged a cleaning fee but yet it was not very clean when we arrived. The pillows are paper thin. Bring your own pillows and bedding. I feel like for this price because of the service & cleaning fees; I would’ve expected a nicer place.

It was ok-ish
Location was unbeatable. Cleanliness was lacking. Had everything we needed for a 2-night stay, but we had to purchase new pillows bc of a horrid odor, my child’s feet were black after walking around the house for a few mins, people parked out front smoking weed for hours (obviously not the owners fault, but definitely not ideal with children walking in/out). Probably wouldn’t stay again, but was really nice being SO close to the beach/pleasure pier.

Cute Property!
Property was exactly as described. A block from Pleasure Pier and Seawall Blvd. You can see the beach and walk to most areas. Very clean and taken care of. Property manager was wonderful and truly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location - perfect for small group
For the property itself and the location, I would give this 5 stars. It is definitely not for 8 people though! You can fit 4 comfortably, our group of 6 was pushing it. There is no way 8 people could fit in the living room or get through a weekend sharing the one full bathroom. The shower was great, but there is absolutely no counter space in the bathroom, so everyone had to carry in their toiletries every time they went to shower or get ready. Also, 4 people would have to use the bunks and pullout sofa, so they have no where to store their belongings. This place really is perfect for 4, but anything more than that is too tight. If you do plan to use the sofa bed, make sure to bring your own sheets. We found a small blanket and some extra pillows, but no pillowcases or sheets, which meant someone had to sleep on the couch instead of having a bed.
The kitchen is also VERY limited on space. We went with them intention of cooking meals, but after one night decided that it was not feasible. Plus, cooking made the condo get really hot, the A/C couldn’t keep up. If you just plan to make sandwiches and snacks, this will meet your needs.
