Reach out to us if you'd like to host an event at the space or during your stay with extra guests as it will be at an additional cost. We also offer our space as a venue rental.

Any additional guests over our 14 max allowed for the property will be charged an additional $50 per head, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Please note that we operate a fishing charter business from the downstairs garage area. This space is also available to rent separately for large group events and venue use. Let us know if you're interested in viewing it for consideration.

Our charter season runs from June 1st through September. During this time, the owners are often onsite downstairs assisting charter guests, who may occasionally share the parking lot.

The owner also keeps his boat docked at the end of the pier and is happy to answer any questions, but will not interfere with your stay on the second floor.

Charter groups gather at 6:30 AM and return around 4:00 PM, cleaning their fish and boat before typically leaving by 6:00–7:00 PM.

You will not have access to the downstairs event space unless you pay the additional $200 to secure it. We also offer it as a separate space for events for $150 an hour.
