Everything went great! The breakfast was just mediocre and there was some struggle to keeping it stocked (the lady working did amazing but might need 2 ppl working there). Our window didn’t have a curtain (it was broke off) but the worker came and hung up a temporary fix - which was above and beyond and kept us from having to move rooms! Super appreciated! Front desk staff was super nice!

The room and shower were good, clean. The breakfast was so bad a few of us considered sneaking over to the hotel next door - no coffee, no napkins, extremely limited selection of food than ran out and wasn't replaced in the 10 minutes I spent waiting. It would be better to not offer breakfast at all than to serve that.

We actually cancelled this hotel because the moment we walked in, we saw bedbugs crawling. They dealt with it terribly they didn’t want to see the pictures we had taken, and we had to leave the hotel without a refund. so needless to say, we lost out on our refund and we would never suggest this hotel to anyone very dirty and kept and bedbugs..

Building in disrepair. Fellow traveler had their car robbed (really ended up being vandalism since there was nothing to steal.) Not well cleaned. Worst excuse for a hotel breakfast in a long time. Stay at a different hotel in Galveston!
