There’s plenty of space to unload your beach trip goodies, and the fenced yard keeps your curious explorers contained nicely. Head upstairs and into the welcoming living area with a cozy sectional sofa and TV perfect for family movie nights. The open layout means no one will miss out on the fun, whether they’re lounging on the couch, snacking at the breakfast bar, or preparing & serving budget friendly meals in the kitchen or dining area.

The contemporary kitchen boasts bright white cabinets & stainless steel appliances. It’s well-equipped with all the pots, pans, dishes, utensils and drinkware you’ll need to keep meals relaxed and freeform during your island vacation. Gather around the dining table that seats 6 for meals or coffee & dessert.

All 3 bedrooms boast vibrant coastal colors and comfortable beds. The king-sized primary suite has a private en suite bath with a walk-in shower. Guests in the coral & aqua-themed queen bedroom can wake up to long Gulf views, and the bunk bedroom is perfect for kids or teens. The full bath in the hall features a shower/tub combo and large vanity.

On the deck and patio you’ll find a wide assortment of outdoor furniture, including lounge chairs and a picnic table. PET POLICY
This house is pet friendly and accepts 2 small dogs (each <20 lbs) OR 1 medium dog (40 – 60 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee of $125+ tax. You must indicate you are “traveling with pets” prior to booking.

LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

Amazing Home Great Views and Beautifully Appointed

We had the best time over Labor Day weekend. The house was perfect! 6 adults and a small dog! Can't say enough about the décor, comfort and layout of the house. We all loved it and will definitely be back for another stay!
