Welcome to Waverly! Remodeled in 2021, this beachfront getaway boasts updated kitchen & baths, new appliances & lighting, new living room furniture, fresh flooring and new HVAC. Your family & friends will love having miles of beach just outside your door!

Inside, you’ll find the bright & airy living area tastefully decorated with contemporary furnishings. The open plan is full of comfortable furniture that’s perfect for families, and takes advantage of being first row beachfront. Even the family chef can enjoy the Gulf views while preparing your next meal in the fully-equipped kitchen!

Time to hit the hay? Sleep easy in the comfort of your own bedroom. The primary suite is on the main level with a plush king bed and en suite full bathroom. Down the hall is a built-in bunk room - perfect for kids and teens. A queen bedroom is nearby, and another queen bed is tucked away in the loft area upstairs.

Soak in the Galveston sun on the expansive main deck, or gather for family barbeques on the ground level patio. Dreaming of beachcombing, swimming, or fishing? You picked the right place! You’re only steps away from the beach, and you can access to the neighborhood pool (seasonal, daily fee) or fishing pier (request a key)!

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Galveston Railroad Museum, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.
