My son and I were in town for a beach soccer tourney and really didn't get to spend a lot of time at the property, but it was clean, cozy, and had everything we could have needed for our short stay. And the super close proximity to the beach (right across the street) was nice as well. The hosts communicated thoroughly.

Great location. Place was clean but needs some updating. Very small bathroom but overall good. I wouldn’t rent again mainly because with access to the beach view no windows to see out. Felt like staying in a small box.

The beach view was great. Walked to some surrounding areas. A can of paint was found on the kitchen counter and a screw was found on the floor. There was not enough towels and washcloths provided.

I mean, the place worked for the purpose of overnight stay and being close to the port definitely surrounded by a lot of places to eat, but just really old furniture you know needs to be replaced and they did not provide a bath towel which I think is Ludacris. I purchased one and left it there. Hopefully they won’t wash it and leave it for the next guest, but that was the only thing I had to purchase a towel to dry off with the furniture is all worked like it’s been in a flood or something that part needs to be changed and obviously there’s a smell because they have air fresheners in like every outlet and one of the outlets is jammed up from something I don’t know, but it just could use a little bit more attention

3 day weekend

The location was nice. The first night we discovered the WiFi did not work and there was not cold water in the unit. I told the host about these issues and the host responded almost immediately saying they would resolve the issues. Day 2 I followed up and she assured me it would be fixed. Day 3 still nothing. Sun burns and hot water is not a good memory for my beach weekend.
