"Beach-tastic" beachfront condo in Pointe West! 'Beach Nut' is the perfect choice for those that are "nuts" about the beach! Featuring three bedrooms and two baths, this vacation residence is the perfect place to enjoy your Pointe West vacation. Located on the second level of the building, allowing you to easily enjoy the beautiful beachfront view from the living or dining spaces in this open floor plan condo. This unit also has an electric grill on the patio for grilling with views of the Gulf!
This condo offers: a king in the master, a queen bedroom, and a third bedroom with two twins over full bunk beds making this condo ideal for couples or two small families vacationing together. Sleeps 9 comfortably. Offering High-Def LED TV's, WIFI, nicely furnished living and dining rooms; everything you need for a great vacation! *If you have a group larger we manage 2 other condo's in this building, Endless Summer & Gone Coastal! This property has a pack n play & a highchair for the little ones! A storage locker is NOT provided with this unit.
Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island, located approximately 30 minutes from The Strand & other great Galveston attractions. You will have exclusive access to our beach that is clean & groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax & unwind, away from the crowds.
The Pointe West Beach Club is a privately owned facility and offers resort style amenities for guests who choose to purchase access. Use of these amenities is optional. Resort Fee: $25 per person (ages 4+), per stay. *Beach club policy only allows 3 amenity bands per bedroom. It includes use of: • Beach Club pool, kid pool, hot tub and seasonally heated Bayside pool with lazy river & hot tub • Gym & Game room • Basketball & Pickleball court and a modest game/exercise room • Seasonal family activities are offered throughout the year. • The Pointe Restaurant opens seasonally for lunch and dinner.
The Beach Club will email an invoice directly to you. After payment, wristbands may be picked upon arrival at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9 AM–5 PM. Please note: The resort fee is nonrefundable, so we recommend waiting until closer to your arrival before purchasing.
Important: We manage the rental home only. We do not oversee the Beach Club, its amenities, the restaurant, pools, beach access, or elevators. Refunds and/or cancellations are not given for any closures they may experience.

If elevators are out of service, stair access will be required. TRAVEL INSURANCE: Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation. Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur. The hurricane season starts June 1 and ends November 30. Please review our cancellation as well as Storm and Cancellation Policies carefully! These are located in the rental agreement.

Hurricane Beryl came and we had to evacuate due to no power- owner will not refund. Out thousands of dollars and had to leave Galveston and find accommodations elsewhere. 10/10 would not recommend
This day was good, and it was wonderful to be right on the beach close to the walkway. Getting in touch with management was also very easy as we did have a storm and our power went out. I was glad to get in touch so easily.
The elevators are broken, which is a problem. It was difficult for us to carry the heavy items downstairs. This is potentially dangerous for others who might be disabled.
The good: great view, good location, overall clean. The not so good: the unit needs some work. The back door weatherstripping had a sizeable gap and looked like it had been chewed up by a dog at some point. We were greeted by a good number of very hungry mosquitos inside the unit on arrival which I assume had made their way in through that gap. So, not a great start. The property management was however responsive to get it fixed the next day. The patio furniture was put up for the earlier hurricane which makes sense, although I was surprised to find it all in the corner outside, and cushions on the inside on arrival and not put out. Property management did set it up for us the next day, but overall it is in pretty bad shape. One of the rockers was completely broken. We had brought our own tall chairs which is recommended. I was surprised in particular that the deck furniture wasn't in better shape given quality of location and a key selling point, at least for us. We would not rent here again and instead opt to pay a little more for a 9 or 10 rated place.
