This 4th level, beachfront condo boasts 3 bedrooms, a bright and airy open floor plan, and long private balcony overlooking the Gulf. Perfect for families or couples traveling together, you’ll love all the extras it has to offer your next beach vacay.

Elevators make it easy to get your luggage to your private condo. You’ll feel at home the moment you step inside. Comfortable furnishings - including a leather couch and swivel armchairs - are great for movie nights or just looking out over the Gulf. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

No frills and many things broken

This rental was disappointing overall. You are renting from a property manager not an actual owner. Traveling by plane, it’s difficult to park items like beach chairs, beach towels, soaps, detergent, garbage bags, etc. we had to buy so many things just to throw them away at the end. It’s wasteful. They should provide basics for being at the beach away from home. There were broken doors/locks on the master bedroom door and the shared hallway bathroom. The shower in the master was broken so we only had 1 shower between 6 people. The property itself was well-maintained and the kids had a great time at the pool and lazy river. Sad to be at the beach and not have chairs and an umbrella unless we paid to rent. I use VRBO because it’s an owner based platform so this property seems misrepresented.

Well appointed property with a great view. The location is a bit challenging because nothing is really within walking distance and there is no actual beach, just giant rocks.

The property had a few issues. The internet and sound on tv went out while there. The master bathroom door did not work properly, causing 2 of my grandkids to have panic attacks. The front desk was rude to my daughter when they told her to immediately remove a car carrier from car that had been on for 5 days and we had asked if it was ok and told yes.

Diamond brach 5 stat

WE LOVED DIAMOND BEACH. This resort reminded us of some all inclusive resorts in Cancun. The lazy river was a really big hit!!! As wad the game room!! Swim up bat was an added bonus. We didn't even get to enjoy all the amenities. Pool was nice, access to beach could certainly be improved. Condo was very nice.

Family vacation.

Loved the location because not a lot of traffic compared to the others in the are. Nice large hot tubs. Wish the condo would have been just a little nicer for the price. One of the counter stools and sink sprayer was broken. We were told there was 2 free outdoor grills to use and really there was only 1 and it wasn’t working properly. Overall 4 stars.

The condo at Diamond Beach was fantastic! Very clean, spacious and the amenities are great. This includes an outdoor pool, lazy river, and indoor pool. What a great place to call home while visiting Galveston.

Memorial weekend is owners weekend don’t book

Condos are not accurate according to square footage listed on website. They are extremely small. No table for a family to sit and eat at. We managed to get around all this and it worked out but icing on the cake is our stay was over Memorial Weekend. Little did we know when we booked that this weekend is owners weekend. All the owners come and they reserve everything! I mean everything all cabanas and chairs all around the pool which is a lot. I am not saying the owners don’t deserve first choice but I do believe those should be blackout dates and no renters allowed unless a huge discount is offered or up front knowledge regarding the owners weekend event.. Several owners have rentals and had renters their over the holiday weekend. There is no umbrellas, chairs or cabanas for the non owners so you are left to sit on the edge of the pool out in the direct Sun.. Such a nice resort for the owners to act so rude and made us feel unwelcomed. This is not a cheap place to stay so to be treated so rudely by the owners not sure if I would recommend this place.
