I got to Galveston and was wondering why I hadn’t received any information on how to check in so I contacted the property. They said my booking had been canceled because they don’t accept booking less than 48 hours before the arrival date. I have no idea why it was even showing up as available in my search!! They had sent me an email but it went to my junk folder. They didn’t try to call or text though and the reservation was still showing to be valid on the Expedia website. I was very disappointed with poor communication but mainly the fact that this property even showed up as an option if it’s not even possible to book it within 48 hours of arrival.
