Mini fridge in room didn’t work. Property outside seemed unsafe and several parts of building were leaking. Our door entry card kept not working so had to repeatedly walk to front desk in the dark to have them reset room card key. Bedding was old and out dated. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone to stay here no matter the circumstances.

Went for parents weekend and the Gator/USF game. Was woken up by a roach crawling on my arm and have all sorts of bites on my abdomen. Light over shower did not work. Convenient location but would not recommend.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this property. The room was in very poor condition. The carpet and vanity were stained, the entire space smelled of smoke, and the mattress was still in a plastic bag as if it had just come from a store. The neighboring room had cats sitting in the window and even a doormat outside, which made the hotel feel more like a long-term residence than a guest-friendly environment. Additionally, the courtyard resembled a construction zone and looked as though part of a building had experienced a roof collapse. None of this reflects what was promised in the listing or what I expected when booking. This room should not be offered at the price it was listed. Expedia should either remove this property from its inventory or drastically reduce the rate to reflect the actual condition.

Beware

No working pool was not informed of that found several cockroaches in the room. Lennon was not fresh and clean. The sitting chair had springs, broken and sticking out of the back mole in the bathroom sink would’ve liked a Keurig with cake cups I would not stay there again.

OK Stay

Gainesville can be expensive on football weekends and school event weekends. This stay was during college move in. We over paid for a very low quality stay. Holes in the black out curtains but other than that room was clean and in pretty good shape. Customer service was lacking at check in. Did not feel welcomed. Pool was closed. Breakfast was very limited and basic. It was in a good location, close to campus and great Korean food across the street. It was an OK stay. Keep your expectations low and you will be fine.

Very poor choice

The hotel was very disappointing. Rooms and common areas had a strong moldy smell, and the bed linens were old, torn, and poorly maintained. The room also smelled of cigarette and marijuana smoke, and the bed was uncomfortable. Cleanliness was lacking from the reception onward. Unfortunately, it was a very poor choice of accommodation.
