The staff at this hotel are very friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond to any requests and concerns! Although this hotel is not new and fancy, it is clean and comfortable! We enjoyed our visit!

from the time I checked into my room, the lady at the front was very nice and helpful and efficient. My room was very clean modern and very spacious. Very good value to get a nice room with a pool right outside your door while other hotels in the area about 30 to 40% more expensive, if not more good location plenty of parking

Room was very clean, but no hot water second day. Desk agent (Persephone) blamed the city for the outage. No offer to change rooms or any refund. After demanding a shower, she let me use another room and deactivated keys to first room before I could get back to retrieve belongings.
