However please visit Port Royale marina 10 mins drive away to book your boat and enjoy the lake. You can book it on the app Getmyboat
You have full access to full kitchen/living room/dining area in main level and another full bathroom on main level next to kitchen and the exterior deck by the kitchen and the entire upstairs of 3 bedrooms and one full bathroom

Good Location but needs a lot of work
This is located on Lake Lanier, but the water is VERY low at this property so my pontoon was almost hitting bottom to get to the dock. The Beds in each bedroom are ok, but very basic... No Water Glasses in Kitchen only a few coffee cup... ? The yard is very poor & dangerous to walk down to the dock. We had to be VERY careful & not maintained at all for this pricing. Dead bug right at the front door was not welcoming... We only rented it for 1 night & still had fun, but this is VERY overpriced & not my favor based on the Yard, Beds & overall experience.
