We had a great stay! The house had an amazing layout and was perfect for our family. Tons of games and toys for kids, great common room with beautiful windows for the views, a hot tub and great location! As hosts ourselves, we were impressed with how the space was utilized and the warmth and welcoming vibes the house brought.

We had such a great experience here!First, the house is wonderful - well designed and decorated, and cozy. The amenities are great - kept us entertained and in good spirits. The location is top-notch - right close to town, but it also feels like you're a little in your own, private world there. And only about a minute's walk from the lake. The surroundings are so beautiful - we saw deer, snow, clear nights and skies... it was everything we could hope for in a getaway house. And on top of it, Zeke and Amy were helpful, quick to reply to messages and request, and just super nice and understanding throughout our stay. Our trip was unusual in that it was a long one, and we had some unique requests, and they were great hosts. Can't say enough good things about it overall - we were there in the middle of winter this time, but are hoping we can come back in the summer and see it in full bloom.

Awesome property for families with kids. Tons of games for all ages. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Coffee bars on each floor are well stocked for most any coffee lover. Very quiet property surrounded by forest that allows for no noise from neighbors. If you are going to use the dock on the lake it is a bit of a hike down a steep hill and of course back up to the property. You cannot see the dock from the house. Multiple decks at the house are well stocked with comfortable outside furniture. Miniature golf course on site is an awesome option. Highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a quiet getaway that is 10 minutes from downtown Gainesville, GA.
