Tons of games and toys for kids, great common room with beautiful windows for the views, a hot tub and great location! Awesome property for families with kids. Tons of games for all ages. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Coffee bars on each floor are well stocked for most any coffee lover. Very quiet property surrounded by forest that allows for no noise from neighbors. If you are going to use the dock on the lake it is a bit of a hike down a steep hill and of course back up to the property. You cannot see the dock from the house. Multiple decks at the house are well stocked with comfortable outside furniture. Miniature golf course on site is an awesome option. Highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a quiet getaway that is 10 minutes from downtown Gainesville, GA.
