Property was very spacious and had a washer dryer in the room. The property was under construction and the free breakfast (one of the reasons we booked the room) was not available. We were not notified of this prior to arrival and when I asked about breakfast the staff reluctantly advised that I could purchase a breakfast buffet at the hotel across the street. The buffet across the street was 3800 yen($24USD). While I don’t mind paying for breakfast it would have been helpful if the hotel had notified me of the construction (no breakfast) so I could consider another property or at least provide a more affordable breakfast option.

The hotel was located within a short walking distance to Hakata station which was most appreciated when returning from a long day trip. Having a coffee and ice dispenser machine in the lobby was a life saver in the mornings and on sweltering days. We loved that the hotel was quiet and clean with a 24 hour convenience store just round the corner. Will definitely stay and recommend friends and family to stay again.

We arrive to Fukuoka airport too late to catch the last train home so we booked this hotel. Even though we arrived late, there was someone available to help us check in. The room, although small, was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. There was even a combination washer/dryer in the room. In the lobby, there is a coffee machine and guest can select amenties such as tea or bathing towels as needed for the room. Unlike other hotels in the chain, there were no bath salts offered but that is a very minor comment.

The hotel is located a short walking distance from Hakata station, which has plenty of shops and links for local transport as well as Shinkansen for day trips. The staff were friendly and the lobby was welcoming and spacious. The room had plenty of space for my 2 suitcases, and it was convenient to be able to come and go at any time. The price was also reasonable. I will definitely consider staying again.

I have stayed a few Tokyu Stay hotels in Japan and this particular one is not the best. It is located next to Shinkansen railway tracks and the soundproof is the worst among all the hotels I have ever stayed. You could hear train noise from the windows and exhausts. I could barely sleep at night. However the rest of the hotel was acceptable.
