The room was very clean and had a good layout. We were able to make coffee and tea and, we even had teaspoons which is not always the case in other hotels on our trip. We were well positioned to comfortably walk to many sights and had easy access to the Hakata Station and the subways.

Average accommodation, not a typical Sheraton

One night stay, good basic accommodation, new and clean and generous bathroom. But don't be fooled by the Sheraton name this is not a four star Sheraton Hotel. It is a good medium standard hotel. But if a walk from Hakara Station despite appearing close on the map and the staff were not particularly helpful or friendly. Good for a short stay.

Great all around hotel.

Great hotel within 10 min walking distance of Hakata Station (& even closer to many bus routes). Room & bathroom were spacious & clean, with excellent ventilation & temperature control. Comfortable bed. Very good breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff.
