The negatives far outweigh the pluses. Rundown condition, "questionable guests", old, stained bedding, uncomfortable bed, shower curtain that didn't keep,water IN the shower, defective coffeemaker, floors that needed a 'good scrubbing', older Tv with VERY minimal selctions (not needed for questionable guests?), parking was very limited in a less-than-desireable part of town. Pluses- owner and his wife were cheerful. We won't be staying here again.

I’m very conflicted about this property. On the outside it appears to be rundown and slightly sketchy. Seems to have several long term residents. The people that run it seem very nice and eager to help. The room itself was pretty nice. Clean and spacious. I didn’t feel particularly safe due to the property and the neighborhood. The outside trash cans were overflowing. This was my second stay here. I might stay again. Maybe. It’s ok for the price. Breakfast leaves much to be desired.
