The room appeared to be clean, but the property is somewhat old and is not up to date. The room was dark. The refrigerator and the microwave were sitting on the floor (Microwave on top of the refrigerator) but not in a case. The front desk people were extremely nice and helpful.

Very nice bathroom and comfy beds... And the staff was super sweet

Poor management of staff. One was passing out beer to her friends in the lobby and and partying in the parking lot. Front desk agents were poorly trained and didn’t know how to check in and had problems making a key. Someone was passed out cold in front of the parking lot entrance in the middle of the day and wasn’t notified by the front desk even though it was on their camera.

In these changing times , my mind was differently at ease knowing that this hotel was so clean and took extra precautions to make sure the guest are protected and safe against covid-19.👍

Had to wait an extra hour, beyond the time staff said would be needed, for room to be ready. Room was well kept and clean, and breakfast was ready to go at 7 a.m.

The old style heat air system will keep you awake. Rooms are dark and creepy.

Personnel very friendly; location is good. Our stay was very pleasant. Would recommend and would stay again if in Hanford, CA.

Friendly stafff and nice location for visiting downtown.

I stay at the Comfort Inn Hanford for the local ren faire that happens in the town square. The Hotel always treats me nice and is very prompt usually. The only problem is that they were understaffed for a while during the weekend which did slow up service at that time, but otherwise a good place to stay.
