Very reasonable price, clean room, comfortable bed and exceptional registration staff. We were pleasantly surprised when checking in we were offered cookies and a cold beverage. This was above and beyond. It is located within walking distance to shops and restaurants and very close and safe parking. It’s important to mention that they are in the midst of remodeling but only during the day. We never heard any noises in the evening or night. We can’t speak to breakfast because we had to leave quickly and didn’t have time to eat, although, my husband took a quick look and said that they had scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and waffles.

I loved the hotel in general it was very clean I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning lots of options. The only thing is maybe get some soft mattress toppers the bed was a bit hard.

The property is curreimntly under cinstruction. Our room meets our three C's. It is clean, comfortable and quiet. We know that isn't a C but it sounds like one. We are traveling and just needed some place to rest. Beatrice at the desj was awesome and recommended a mexican restaurant ariund the corner we could walk to. Which was great as well

It will be interesting to see when it’s done being remodeled. Highly disappointed upon arrival to find hotel under construction. Address is listed as 10 N Irwin but the hotel actually sits on Sixth facing Irwin, GPS had us going in circles. No name on hotel, entire front covered in construction mess, workers everywhere. There is a train nearby but never woke us up. Staff kept pushing that the pool was open but it was green. No bath dispenser in shower, room had not been remodeled vs other rooms that had. We stayed 5 nights, while all staff was excellent we would have not stayed knowing it was a construction zone. Entire parking lot we were told to use had construction bins haphazardly everywhere and an old truck last registered in 2020 sitting in choice preferred parking. Tile in area between temporary check in and breakfast spot was uneven and a tripping hazard.

We were not informed that the hotel was under rebranding and construction to remove the comfort inn logos. But...everyone was very helpful. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with options, overall a quiet hotel and perfectly located in a lovely downtown with lots of dining and shopping options in walking distance.i would stay again.

Staff was really nice and helpful; hotel was clean. Special thanks to Beatrice, I had called the night before our trip to let her know that we'd be checking in later than anticipated and she was very gracious with updating on their end. Overall, great experience and breakfast was great!

The rooms and hotel were clean. They actually had breakfast and choices. It would be nice to have a meatless option besides eggs though. Staff was wonderful and good service!!

There was no signage and the entrance was under construction . Absolutely no indication how to get in. No warning. The check in was a make shift desk . Does propped open. Workers on my floor banging and drilling . Paint fumes . And I felt very uncomfortable with so many constructions workers everwhere

Excellent polite and responsive staff homemade cookies on the counter clean rooms good room service that comes midday not too early probably going through some renovations and I believe a name change if you stay with them on Thursday nights just walks away is a Center city market and live music a beer garden and a whole bunch of other taco truck type eateries With hunters people to enjoy
