It was clean and neat. The staff was nice and helpful.

The first two rooms I was given were not made up by housekeeping even though they were deemed 'ready' in the system. The front desk manager went with me to the room the second time and agreed it wasn't ready and was clearly embarassed/confused. He was very helpful even if it was a problem he shouldn't have had to handle. There was a cockroach in my room when returning from dinner. There was at least 1/2 to 3/4 of space under the door with nothing to keep bugs out. The breakfast had waffle batter, but nothing else hot. There was cereal, but no toast, so the breakfast options were a bit limited.

It was a nice place for the price. Did not like walking thru to the inside area in a darkened corridor. Staff was great. Orbitz booked me a smoking room when I requested non-smoking but the front desk staff was accommodating.

Very clean and well furnished. Better than we expected for an economy hotel.

Mildew filled older building, next door to a dive bar that was exceptionally loud all night long.

Cleaning service is not their priority

Very clean and great rates. Location is within a couple of miles of many shops and restaurants. The only negative is that they are still doing bagged breakfast instead of buffet due to COVID. I will stay there again!

Everything was good, but if your room on the Close to HWY it may bother you at night

For the price we paid, very satisfied. Beds were very comfortable and the staff was friendly.

The front desk attendant was kind and communicative during a very busy time, the room was clean and all amenities worked well. Overall a great stay for a great price!

Arrived to check-in about 245pm, listed time for check-in was 3. The room wasn’t ready and we were told to come back in about 30 minutes. We came back almost an hour later and the person at the desk said he still didn’t know if the room was ready or not but gave us the key anyway. We got to the room and it was still not cleaned, and the only housekeeping staff was at the other end still. We requested to be given another room and only after the manager overheard were we given a room that was ready and it was 2 doubles instead of a king. Multiple other people checked in with ready rooms during the time we waited from 3. Once we got to the room it was nice and clean and all amenities present, however the check-in experience was disappointing. Thankful for the manager taking care of that.

Good location,, non smoking room smells like smoking room

I like the staff at the front desk. What i didn't like was that wbo cleanmy room stole from me other wise it was a good stay
