They charge a $50 deposit, which is only $7 less than the hotel room itself. Outrageous. I will not be going there again. The room was clean.

I walked into the room and there was a huge stain on the floor, the desk look like a rat scratch the surface of it, and the room smelled like cigarettes. I was informed that this was a non-smoking room but it smelled like smoke.

The Room - ( On the 3rd floor with NO ELEVATOR ) REEKED of cigarette smoke. It was also Dingy and somewhat dirty. I do not believe the bed covers were EVER WASHED. The Older Lady at the Front Desk seemed to be overwhelmed by the computer she was trying to use.

Very good location. Close to stores, gas and restaurants. Room was okay. Comfortable bed.

Clean decent hotel. Nice staff. Some noise all night from highway.

We stayed here for one night while we met friends for bowling nearby and also went canoeing the next day. The hotel is a GREAT location to walk to a couple of restaurants (mexican place near the mall was perfect for margaritas and nachos before bowling). The staff was very kind and I felt comfortable checking in and felt safe the entire time. The beds were the most comfortable bed I've experienced in a hotel. We initally had a smoking room but staff was gracious in changing that at the last minute since it was available. The continental breakfast was decent and worth the great deal of a room. The staff again, were very nice and friendly.

We thought we had an room at a different hotel but we did not so we were in a bind aND had limited choices. There is a smell to the place, the hallway was dimly lit and the chair in our room was disgusting. It had stains all over it. It needs to be thrown away. The only saving grace was the bed. It was very comfortable.

Room was reasonably clean, but had a very strong smell of men's cologne.

Ok place, next to restaurants,close to highway, access from road could be marked better

I was disappointed by the overall condition of the hotel given the 3.3 rating. (I wasn't expecting anything luxurious) The air was extremely stale; they are using air fresheners/sprays to cover the odors. The carpet in my room was very, very stained.

The motel was very convenient to get to and had lots of things to do nearby

Not bad for the price. No elevator. Could not find the breakfast area. I was told at check in breakfast offered until nine. If you are tired of driving and just need rest and a shower then typical Super 8. I'd stop again.

We were on our way back from a football game and figured it way at an area half way home... The staff was nice but the room we had was horrible.. Dirty walls and cob webs on the ceiling. Dirt behind the night stand and the lamp shades were stained... Overall, horrible..

The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful, though the desk, counter tops, and remote could use a spray and wiping down. The AC worked great, the TV was fine and fully functional, as was the free WiFi. All the lights worked. They always had free coffee out near the front desk, and the free breakfast was well stocked with cereal, munchkins, toast, OJ, coffee, yogurt, and fruit. Very well located for the Fredericksburg area, and for Central Park shopping, and light at the entrance made getting across the Plank Road, I think it's Route 3, no problem. Burger King is right next door, a minute walk across the parking lot, and a ton of nice restaurants are minutes away in Central Park, Fredericksburg.

Our room, which was non-smoking had a very strong cigarette smell. In fact, there were cigarette burns in our blankets. Not satisfied at all.

Bathrooms could be more cleaner considering how many different people come to stay there.

Stopped here for an overnight stay on the way back from Florida. Close to Restaurants and shopping. Would stay here again.

Grabbed this place to be near a specific location when all the "good" places were gone. The bathroom did not appear to be cleaned (e.g. a used bar of soap was in the shower already), and smelled so bad had to open the window and run the fan. Would have rather stayed in the car....

Convenient to highways, great shopping and restaurants, and the best Goodwill around. The hotel room had fridge, microwave and hairdryer. In the process of changing from basic to a bit upgranded part by part. No elevators, but rooms on the lowest level had carpeted ramps.
