Room was clean, a little outdated. Elevator and hallway smelled like pot, but I guess you can’t help what the guest do outside the building. Room was fine. Expedia did not send the booking info so there was a little confusion at check in. The staff was very helpful.

The fourth floor of the property had a terrible smell for the two days we were there. Our room had stains all over the carpet throughout the suite. There was writing on the walks, multiple scuff marks. The tub had brown scratches. The black out blinds had multiple holes.

On check in i showed my service dog's credentials and was asked what services he provided. I have been told in the past that it is illegal for the hotel to ask. That showing his credentials is sufficient. The room is ok but the carpet is stained and there is mold around the upper lip around the sink. The corners is the bathroom look as though they haven't been cleaned. It's my firdt stay st a Country Inns and I guess we will stay at Hampton Inns in the future. They are a bit more expensive but I've never had an issue in any of their hotels.

Run down facilities. No hot water. TV didn't work. Sink cracked. Smell came from sink. Bathtub rusted around edge. Bed was comfortable.
