Only Two Issues

Even though the employees were great, the hotel room was clean and spacious. I only have two complaints about Home2 suites in Franklin, MA. The 1st issue: the pillows, the pillows that they provide is extremely soft that it flatten out and doesnt feel like im sleeping on a pillow. Those were the most uncomfortable pillows ive experienced in my life and would hope they will take into consideration in changing those pillows. Saturday and Sunday morning i woke up with my neck sore. Thankfully i had a massage on Sunday in North Attleboro but if i didnt i think my neck would still be hurting til this day. 2nd issue: not a big deal but i wouldve like to hook up my video game console to the Wifi to enjoy when i stayed in the hotel and didnt go out.

Overal a nice property. Everything new and rooms clean. Downside is the walls are paper thin. You hear everything in the hall, the rooms next to you and the room above you (which i find very unusual). The bed and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable, which us why it got a 3. Beds are the most important things in a room. You pay good money for a good nights sleep.

Electric car chargers broken. Staff didn’t know until we told them. We booked this particular hotel because we needed a place to charge our car after a long drive, so it was a big problem to find the chargers were broken. The staff told us (very politely) that the chargers were installed and maintained by a third party company and the hotel took no responsibility for their condition. The hotel advertises the chargers on their website and Expedia, so while we understand the front desk people have no authority over this we felt strongly that hotel should have done better. Other than that major breakdown the property was very nice, clean, and the bed was comfortable.
