This bright, 37 m² apartment, ideal for 4 people, welcomes you just 500 m from the beaches for a comfortable stay. It comprises a living room with a sofa bed, a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm), and a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. The fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee makers, etc.) and numerous other amenities (flat-screen TV, DVD player, etc.) make your stay easy. You will also enjoy a pleasant east-facing terrace, perfect for breakfast and aperitifs, with parking and a secure residence for a worry-free stay. Shops and the town center are approximately 1.2 km away, a supermarket is 500 m away, the bus station is 0.8 km away, and the Saint-Laurent-de-la-Prée train station is 6.3 km away. The Rochefort thermal baths are a 15-minute drive away.
PAYABLE upon arrival: 2 security deposits: €500 for the rental, €70 for cleaning, and tourist tax.
