It includes a beautiful living room with full sea view and kitchenette, 1 bedroom including one with full sea view, bathroom, separate toilet. Kitchen equipment: dishwasher, oven, electric coffee maker... Bedding: 1 x 140, 2 x 90 bunk beds. Comfort elements: dishwasher, vacuum cleaner... Leisure equipment: garden furniture, TV... Surface area: 39 m². NEARBY: Facing the main beach, 150m from the pedestrian street and all shops. Bus station: 250m, SNCF train station: 6.3km, Rochefort thermal establishment 15 mins away. TO PAY on arrival: security deposit of €500 for the rental, €70 for cleaning, and tourist tax. Pas de séjour car logement inhabitable

Pas d'eau chaude et chauffe eau HS, frigo pas démarré et sale, four crasseux, appartement sale, porte de placard arrachée et stockée dans la chambre, porte serviette en miette par terre dans la salle de bain, volet sur balcon en panne (séjour dans le noir) et rien de prévu pour le réparer. Aucune prise en compte du désagrément. Obligés de trouver un autre hébergement en urgence. Toujours en attente du remboursement
