Bedding: 2 beds of 80 x 200, 1 sofa bed of 140 x 200, baby bed. Enclosed gardens. Leisure facilities: TV, garden furniture, electric barbecue, deckchairs. Surface area: 43 m². NEARBY: Located 1000 m from the town center and shops, 100 from the bus stop (Rochefort line), 1000 m from the South beach. Bus station 1000 m and SNCF train station 6 km, Rochefort thermal spa 15 min. TO BE PAID upon arrival: €500 security deposit for the rental, €70 for cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: sheets €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week. Le ménage n'était pas fait. J'ai dû passer l'aspirateur en arrivant ! Je n ai pas fait la mezzanine ! Je venais que pour 3 nuits.Sinon le logement est correct. La maison est un peu loin du centre de Fouras.
