Ideally located, this small, single-story house is close to the town center, the main beach, and the South Beach. It comprises a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, and a shower room with WC. There is a small enclosed garden/courtyard and a terrace. Outbuildings are also included. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator with freezer compartment, washing machine, microwave, and coffee maker. Entertainment amenities include a TV, garden furniture, and a parasol. Sleeping arrangements consist of a double bed (140 cm). Vehicle access is possible (entrance width: 2.65 m). Living area: 34 m². NEARBY: Located on Place du Sémaphore. 100 m from the town center, 100 m from the beaches (Main and South), and all shops. The bus station is 600 m away, the train station is 6.3 km away, and the Rochefort thermal baths are 15 minutes away. TO BE PAID upon arrival: €400 security deposit for the rental, €70 cleaning fee, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: bed linen €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week.
