Fouras, very nice renovation in a quiet area, a stone's throw from the city center and the beach, single storey furnished for 4 people + a child, comprising a living room with fitted kitchen, a shower room, WC, and 2 bedrooms + mezzanine. Kitchen equipment: fridge + freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker... Bedding: 2 beds of 140 and an extra bed of 90, a travel cot 60x120. Leisure facilities: TV, garden furniture, parasols, barbecue. Paved and enclosed courtyard. Surface area: 60 m². NEARBY: Located 300 m from the city center and all shops, 500 m from one of the 5 fine sandy beaches. Rochefort thermal establishment 15 min away. TO BE PAID on arrival: security deposits of €500 for the rental, €100 for cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: sheets €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week. Cleaning: €100. Pet €30 per stay + a security deposit of €100.
