Bright 70 m² house in Fouras, ideal for 6 people, offering a peaceful stay for families or groups of friends. It features a 28 m² living room, 3 bedrooms (2 double beds and 2 single beds), a shower room, and a separate toilet. The kitchen and numerous amenities (washing machine, flat-screen TV, etc.) ensure optimal comfort. You will enjoy an enclosed garden with a southeast-facing terrace and garden furniture, as well as private parking for a convenient and pleasant stay.
Approximately 800 m from the sea, 1 km from the town center and shops. Saint-Laurent-de-la-Prée train station is 6 km away, and the Rochefort thermal baths are a 15-minute drive.
To be paid upon arrival: 2 security deposits: €500 for the rental, €100 for cleaning, and the tourist tax.
OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival:
- Linens: bed linens €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linens (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week.
