Located in a quiet and residential area, recent house facing South, functional and in excellent condition. It includes on the ground floor: living room opening onto courtyard with kitchen area, 1 bedroom, WC, shower room. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms. Courtyard not overlooked. Garage and parking space. Kitchen equipment: dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, coffee pod machine... Bedding: 2 beds of 140 and 2 beds of 90. Leisure equipment: TV, garden furniture, barbecue. Surface area: 70 m². NEARBY: a large area, 1,000 m from the sea and the city center. Bus station 1 km away and SNCF train station 6 km away, Rochefort thermal establishment 15 mins away. TO PAY on arrival: security deposits of €500 for the rental, €100 for cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: sheets €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week.
