Charming 43 m² cottage, located in a quiet neighborhood near the sea, ideal for a relaxing holiday. Functional and very well-equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, etc.), it includes a living room with a kitchen area, three bedrooms and a mezzanine sleeping area (three double beds and one single bed), a shower room, and a toilet. Enjoy a private courtyard and a terrace with garden furniture and an electric barbecue.
Located 800 m from the town center and shops, and 200 m from the North Beach. The bus station is 800 m away, and the Saint-Laurent-de-la-Prée train station is 6.3 km away. The Rochefort thermal baths are a 15-minute drive away.
To be paid upon arrival: two security deposits: €450 for the rental, €100 for cleaning, and the tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival:
- Linens: bed linens €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linens (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week.
- Cleaning: €100.
The rental is for a stay that begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 pm and ends on the day of departure by 10:00 am at the latest.
